Gain experience within a well-regarded accountancy firm, providing assistance with all aspects of the employee life cycle, on a 6 month contract.
Within this varied role you will gain exposure to the onboarding process, probation and absence monitoring, administering contractual changes and the leavers process.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting new joiner onboarding, preparing documentation and running inductions
Providing project assistance and supporting monthly HR reporting
Taking minutes in employee relations cases
Monitoring probation periods and staff absences
Administering the leaver process, including coordinating exit interviews
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a HR or office environment
Ideally educated to degree level or CIPD qualified
Proactive, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
