Gain experience within a well-regarded accountancy firm, providing assistance with all aspects of the employee life cycle, on a 6 month contract.

Within this varied role you will gain exposure to the onboarding process, probation and absence monitoring, administering contractual changes and the leavers process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a HR team within a company that prides itself on its supportive and stimulating working environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting new joiner onboarding, preparing documentation and running inductions 

  • Providing project assistance and supporting monthly HR reporting

  • Taking minutes in employee relations cases 

  • Monitoring probation periods and staff absences 

  • Administering the leaver process, including coordinating exit interviews 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a HR or office environment 

  • Ideally educated to degree level or CIPD qualified 

  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
