Responsibilities will include:
Scoping, defining and delivering project outputs in line with global strategy
Identifying ways to continuously improve operational systems, business processes and reporting
Playing an active role in shaping the business’ next strategic planning cycle and formulating the required programme of operational change
Leading and managing a proactive team to ensure business change is efficiently delivered
Maintaining a standard project management methodology and business change process, covering initiation, analysis, approval, testing and implementation
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering project management, business analysis and business change within the legal and/or financial services environment
Hold a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2
Ability to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional projects through to successful completion
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of the human side of change management
