Play an active role in the continued success of a premier financial services provider, promoting products and services to new and prospective clients in this client-facing role.

You will manage and monitor the performance of the personal lines department and liaise with other jurisdictions to ensure consistency across group products and policies.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and preparing relevant insurance quotes, renewals and policies 

  • Managing and monitoring team performance 

  • Setting and implementing sales and corporate government targets for the personal lines department  

  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency  

  • Assisting with customer queries and identifying new business opportunities

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold Level 3 Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or equivalent  

  • Excellent management and relationship building skills 

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions, where necessary 

  • Good customer service skills 

  • Ability to delegate and prioritise workloads
