Due to growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a qualified Accountant to join the finance team of a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider, where an inclusive and supportive culture underpins everything the organisation focuses on.
Within this role, you will support the Head of Finance in maintaining and developing the group financial reporting function.

This role can be based in either Jersey or London.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining all accounting records and financial statements for group holding companies
Acting as principle contact for overseas subsidiaries’ submissions
Developing and maintaining the monthly group cash flow forecasting model
Leading and managing the group cash management strategy
Managing and overseeing bookkeeping, financial accounting and production of financial statements
Experience and skills required:
Fully qualified Accountant with previous experience or exposure to a financial management environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP principles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Previous accounting and preparation of consolidated financial statements experience
