A growing independent and forward-thinking business is seeking an accounting professional, to provide maternity cover support from February to October 2022.
As a Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients, including a high profile client.
This is a rewarding and progressive career opportunity with a leading multi-jurisdictional business where you will be a key source for technical knowledge and assist with the supervision, managementa nd development of a team of administrators
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing financial statements for a wide range of client structures to UK GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS standards, prepared by the team
Attending client meetings in respect of accounting matters
Reviewing and signing off drawdown, equalisation and distribution files
Coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues
Liaising with Auditors in respect of client entities
Experience and skills required:
Hold a professional accounting qualification
Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience, including previous experience within a fund services environment
Proven experience developing and coaching a team
Confident producing financial statements to UK GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS
Strong commitment to client service excellence
