As Funds Officer, you will have administrative responsibility for a portfolio of funds, acting as a primary point of contact for clients and investors and ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the bookkeeping process and NAV production

  • Preparing board minutes

  • Undertaking client due diligence  

  • Processing payments

  • Overseeing the investor dealing process

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous funds experience 

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good prioritisation and time management skills 

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
