As Fund Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of services for established and new real estate and private equity funds. You will also work on a number of interesting and varied ad hoc projects which will give you exposure to a wide variety of high-quality clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of real estate and private equity fund administration and coordinating company secretarial duties 

  • Organising the set up and take on of new clients

  • Managing the day to day workload of the team, providing mentoring and supporting the recruitment process 

  • Assisting with internal regulatory procedures and liaising with regulatory bodies such as the JFSC 

  • Reviewing client deliverables and profitability, identifying new billing opportunities and process improvements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ real estate, private equity or trust and company experience

  • Ideally hold, currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Proven people management experience

  • Excellent presentation skills and confident communication skills 

  • Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to situations
