As Fund Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of services for established and new real estate and private equity funds. You will also work on a number of interesting and varied ad hoc projects which will give you exposure to a wide variety of high-quality clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with all aspects of real estate and private equity fund administration and coordinating company secretarial duties
Organising the set up and take on of new clients
Managing the day to day workload of the team, providing mentoring and supporting the recruitment process
Assisting with internal regulatory procedures and liaising with regulatory bodies such as the JFSC
Reviewing client deliverables and profitability, identifying new billing opportunities and process improvements
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ real estate, private equity or trust and company experience
Ideally hold, currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Proven people management experience
Excellent presentation skills and confident communication skills
Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to situations
