Be part of a diverse workforce within a leading investment management firm, providing administrative and regulatory support to a team of administrators.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support the delivery of a quality service to clients at all times, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures on a 25 hours per week basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payments on a timely basis 

  • Monitoring the performance of funds and/or investments

  • Reconciling investment portfolios and bank accounts 

  • Preparing submissions to the JFSC for approval 

  • Submitting tax returns and reviewing annual financial statements  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within a financial services organisation 

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Good working knowledge of fund administration and investment management

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
