Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a new challenge within a fast paced environment? This is a great opportunity to join the friendly and professional in-house finance team, in a highly regarded professional services firm on a contract basis, for 18 months.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and the financial control team, ensuring that the financial data is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Ideally you will be able to start from December 2021/January 2022 to gain exposure to the end of year process.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing the annual financial statements
Undertaking reporting and analysis on group entities
Preparing monthly management accounts and performing variance analysis
Carrying out MI analysis and presenting findings
Updating profit and loss valance sheets and cash flow forecasts
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional accountancy qualification
Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
Excellent analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience using a practice management system as Elite 3e or Elite Enterprise would be an advantage, but is not essential
