An exciting career opportunity to join the core finance team in a leading financial services company. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Senior Manager, liaise with and work alongside other finance functions and develop a network of key finance contacts, within the Channel Islands and the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new suppliers on the accounting system

  • Sending invoices for authorisation

  • Preparing all supplier payments

  • Arranging payment of invoices

  • Preparing foreign transfers and drafts

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA

  • Good bookkeeping knowledge

  • Strong technical skills and confident using multiple payment platforms

  • Confident using excel
