Support the personal law department, assisting fee earners with caseloads and also undertaking bookkeeping and accounts preparation in this varied dual role.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you will deal with your own caseload as allocated by colleagues, liaise with clients and assist with the preparation of annual accounts.

Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with estate and curatorship administration, including carrying out investigations
Liaising with clients and attending meetings and taking instructions
Preparing probate applications
Dealing with receipts and processing payments, manpower returns and income tax returns
Preparing annual accounts and curatorship inventories
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold a law degree or equivalent (LPC or GDL)
Minimum 1 years’ office experience in the legal sector, including experience dealing with clients
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Confident communication skills
Proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to providing a quality client service
