As Executive Director/Associate Director you will work with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to support the growth and expansion of the business, while also acting as Director on the boards of client companies.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and developing a portfolio of alternative investment clients/structures
Acting as Director on the boards of client companies and corporate trustees
Developing strong working relationships with clients and their advisers
Managing and developing a team, including providing technical guidance
Driving business development activities and reviewing the profitability of each entity
Experience and skills required:
As a minimum be a Table A person per the Codes of Practice in the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 or equivalent in jurisdictions outside Jersey
Minimum 10 years’ experience in fiduciary administration or a financial services environment
Good knowledge of administration and of relevant laws and regulations and have general understanding of the Jersey and foreign tax issues in relation to entities
A proactive and solution driven attitude to problems
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
