As Document Management Officer, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and timely service for the business, ensuring client documents and records are scanned, filed and in an accurate and timely fashion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring documentation are accurately filed and validated 

  • Reviewing and batching documents 

  • Preparing documents for archiving 

  • Assisting with queries from client handlers and the wider business 

Experience and skills required:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks 

  • Proactive approach to tasks and a ‘can-do’ attitude 

  • Ability to work well within a team
