Reporting to the Head of Dealing and Treasury Support in Jersey, you will build strong working relationships with internal advisors, the relationship management team, external business contacts and employees across the Jersey office and various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing instructions for delivery of payments with the custodian and following up settlements with external third parties
Dematerialising share certificates
Assisting the dealing team in providing back office services on trades
Processing cash transfers in and out of client accounts
Assisting with settlements, reconciliations, operational issues and resolving client queries
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ banking or investment experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as CISI or IAG
Good knowledge of settlements and FATCA/CRS regulations is desirable
Excellent understanding of the principles in trading equities, funds, FX and cash management and settlements
Ability to manage priorities efficiently under pressure and to work effectively within a dynamic team
