Responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading all new direct debit instructions onto the system 

  • Supporting the posting of payments and preparing files to upload 

  • Checking and actioning generated reports 

  • Calling customers to discuss products and assist with queries 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous customer service experience and a friendly telephone manner 

  • Excellent administration skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Knowledge of mobile phone technology, terminology and billing is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
