Responsibilities will include:
Uploading all new direct debit instructions onto the system
Supporting the posting of payments and preparing files to upload
Checking and actioning generated reports
Calling customers to discuss products and assist with queries
Experience and skills required:
Previous customer service experience and a friendly telephone manner
Excellent administration skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of mobile phone technology, terminology and billing is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
