Within this role you will provide risk monitoring assistance, prepare management information and support the delivery of credit risk projects at a local and wider group level.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing group and board reports relating to the credit portfolio

  • Monitoring the credit portfolio to identify breaches and ensure appropriate remedial action is taken

  • Acting as a project co-ordinator for the credit risk function

  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing board packs

  • Managing and maintaining reporting procedures and identifying any new technology opportunities which could be integrated with the risk management systems

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ risk management experience, within corporate and investment banking

  • Previous exposure to managing projects on behalf of a business unit

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Ideally hold a finance or accounting degree
