Provide company secretarial support to a highly regarded trust company, on a 3 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a highly regarded firm which prides themselves on their supportive and professional environment.
Ideally you will have previous company secretarial experience or previous trust and company experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the setting up of companies
Reading and interpreting memorandums and articles
Preparing required documentation
Accurately maintaining myRegistry and assisting with the annual confirmation process
Updating registers
Organising committee meetings and preparing board packs
Experience and skills required:
Previous company secretarial or trust experience
A good understanding of trust and company business matters or corporate governance
Proactive and forward-thinking approach to tasks
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently using own initiative
