Supporting the Relationship Manager, you will assist with a data migration project, identify business development opportunities and ensure a quality service is delivered at all times. Flexible working can be considered and previous payroll experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as first point of contact for client queries, logging and responding to support tickets
Managing the system and ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date
Supporting the migration of data to the new cloud-based software and arranging client training
Arranging demos, meeting new clients and supporting the onboarding process
Assisting with social media and marketing posts
Drafting and posting invoices
Experience and skills required:

Confident using systems
Good problem-solving skills
