Joining a supportive and knowledgeable team, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, where no two days will be the same in this varied role.

Supporting the Relationship Manager, you will assist with a data migration project, identify business development opportunities and ensure a quality service is delivered at all times. Flexible working can be considered and previous payroll experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for client queries, logging and responding to support tickets  

  • Managing the system and ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date 

  • Supporting the migration of data to the new cloud-based software and arranging client training 

  • Arranging demos, meeting new clients and supporting the onboarding process 

  • Assisting with social media and marketing posts 

  • Drafting and posting invoices

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong organisational skills  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously 

  • Confident using systems

  • Good problem-solving skills
