Play an instrumental role in driving the sales strategy and performance of a dynamic commercial organisation.

Working alongside the Head of Commercial, you will lead a team aiming to drive sales across all product categories, through the retention and growth of existing customers and development of new customers.

You will act as a subject matter expert for a particular product category and contribute towards the continued success of this organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking business development opportunities​

  • Participating in creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements ​

  • Delivering sales presentations to line managers and executives​

  • Providing regular statistical analysis of customer sales and profitability, to help shape strategy​

  • Assisting with annual sales strategy planning​

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in a similar business development role​

  • Previous management experience​

  • Knowledge of the Channel Island market​

  • Strategic thinker and excellent customer service skills​

  • Clean driving licence​
