Ideally, you will have excellent communication skills to liaise with staff at all levels in this organisation and have previous experience working in a cross-jurisdictional business in a role covering data analysis, IT system testing and project planning.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the initial data gathering and specifications for requested reports
Planning and acceptance testing for projects such as the automated processing of data
Testing new systems, features and upgrades
Collaborating with the wider IT department to assist with user queries and troubleshoot issues
Analysing current business processes to identify potential opportunities to increase efficiency
Experience and skills required:
A strong IT/system/application knowledge
Previous experience working in project teams with mixed skillsets and levels of technical knowledge
Strong organisational skills with experience working to fixed deadlines
Good working knowledge of compliance processes
Ability to understand and interpret reporting specifications
