Providing accurate and efficient client bookkeeping services, your contribution to the firm will be recognised and valued through a highly competitive reward structure.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Accountants with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, cash book analyses and monitoring of bank balances
Providing assistance with the processing of electronic and manual payments
Processing and preparing weekly and monthly payroll for clients
Preparing meeting packs for Director and shareholder meetings
Regularly contacting clients by telephone, email and letter
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 3 A levels at grade B or above
Entry level bookkeeping experience would be an advantage
Collaborative team player
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering a quality client service
