Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with complex billing requirements, such as amendments to bills reversals, write-offs and database amendments  

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for billing and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency

  • Managing the billing inbox and responding to queries

  • Uploading client invoices to the system and monitoring payments 

  • Liaising with clients to obtain purchase order numbers 

Experience and skills required:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks  

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Strong sense of initiative and confident communicator 

  • Experience using eBilling Hub and Aderant Expert would be ideal 

  • Previous billing experience would be an advantage
