Responsibilities will include:
Providing support with complex billing requirements, such as amendments to bills reversals, write-offs and database amendments
Acting as a subject matter expert for billing and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency
Managing the billing inbox and responding to queries
Uploading client invoices to the system and monitoring payments
Liaising with clients to obtain purchase order numbers
Experience and skills required:
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of initiative and confident communicator
Experience using eBilling Hub and Aderant Expert would be ideal
Previous billing experience would be an advantage
