A growing global company is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated IT developer to join their collaborative environment which thrives on driving change, on a 12 month contract.
Within this role, you will assist in the development of business intelligence and management information solutions, taking information from the financial, HR, and corporate administration systems, and cloud-based solutions to create a single reporting base for the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing data warehouse solutions and data models
Delivering key dashboards to meet business reporting needs
Assisting with data cleansing and data loading exercises, which may extend to jurisdictional and regulatory filing requirements
Providing regular updates to management
Recommending potential improvements or changes
Experience and skills required:
Prior experience of ETL, data warehouses and Tabular data models
Previous exposure to Microsoft SQL Service technologies, including SSIS, SSAS, SSES and Power BI
Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
Extensive experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative multi-jurisdictional environment
