As Associate Funds Director, you will be responsible for the management of a group of real estate and private equity funds. You will also report to the Board and oversee the team, including relationship managers, whilst actively contributing to the strategic direction of the company and clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Reporting to both the Partner/Director and relevant Board and providing reports
Managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the operations of a team
Communicating with investment advisors and managers on investment performance, strategy and compliance matters
Building strong working relationships with clients and managing internal/external projects
Monitoring financial performance
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years experience within a trust or funds environment
Hold a relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent
Good knowledge and understanding of relevant general UK and US tax principles and legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
