A market leading organisation is seeking a motivated individual with previous FATCA/CRS experience to join their organisation as Associate Director and actively lead the regulatory reporting team.
In this role you will promote a strong regulatory compliance culture within the team and wider business and lead the delivery of high-quality support, recording and reporting on current regulations.

Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing administered entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across a number of jurisdictions
Overseeing the management of FATCA and CRS reporting and the Jersey tax return process, across multiple service lines and jurisdictions
Providing technical advice and guidance to the business
Keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory guidance, analysing the impact on the business and reviewing procedures and staff training
Updating regulatory resources and actively promoting a strong regulatory compliance culture
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ technical tax experience working with FATCA/CRS and Jersey corporate tax returns
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP or ACCA/ICAEW
Methodical and analytical approach to tasks
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
