A global leader of fund administration and outsourcing services is seeking an Associate Director to join their enthusiastic and energetic private equity team.

In this role, you will be required to ensure client records are clearly and accurately updated with all correspondence, communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis and establish good relationships with your clients and the wider team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of client relationships, offering advice from the company’s internal processes and acting as Director or Alternative Director

  • Ensuring the delivery of client services meets agreed service standards set by the company and the client, and is compliant with risk management policies, procedures and practices

  • Reviewing and managing the workload of team administrators on a daily basis, reporting upwards to senior management

  • Accurately recording all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced

  • Proactively managing and developing client relationships, playing a key role in business development

Experience and skills required:

  • ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified

  • Proven comprehensive experience within a fund administration business, including experience in a similar role

  • Broad understanding of a wide range of fiduciary products

  • Knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance

  • Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and develop junior staff members
