Responsibilities will include:
Managing and leading multiple client engagements, ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times
Providing advice, guidance and support to staff and identifying opportunities for career progression
Driving the financial effectiveness of each client engagement, negotiating fees, employing strong project management processes and allocating workloads across teams
Assisting the board with driving an effective compliance strategy
Identifying and driving new business opportunities
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience within accountancy or audit
Previous experience at senior manager level in an accountancy firm
Strong networking and relationship building skills
Hold a professional accountancy qualification
Ability to lead and motivate a team
