A local trust company is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their highly qualified and experienced team.

By working with this company you will have the opportunity to work within an international network of contacts and advisers. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that accurate and efficient services are provided to the company’s clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing effectively and efficiently with all internal administration matters, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal company policies and procedures

  • Administering companies for clients within the portfolio

  • Liaising with clients regarding day-to-day administration queries

  • Compiling relevant compliance information from clients for internal compliance department and corporate governance purposes

  • Liaising with clients’ advisors, external legal and tax/accounting professionals to assist with the effective administration of companies for clients within the portfolio

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold ICSA/STEP qualification

  • Previous experience of supervising a team

  • A good understanding of all company and client administration including statutory, Company Secretarial (multi-jurisdictional), regulatory and compliance
