Lead a team of highly professional and respected Accountants in a successful alternative investments services provider that is committed to attracting the best talent, where you will be continually supported with tools and training to succeed.
Within this inspiring place to work you will have oversight of the day-to-day accounting services for a portfolio of client structures, supporting the development and growth of the relevant team members reporting to you. You will also take ownership of the client relationships within the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of accounting staff in the day to day operations of a number of portfolios
Monitoring and reporting on team performance and deadlines and reviewing work prepared
Performing various calculations
Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships
Reviewing payments and other sheets prepared
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and setting up complex bookkeeping
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or equivalent)
Previous supervisory or line management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle a number of tasks simultaneously whilst prioritising key responsibilities
Good technical understanding of accounting
