Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the administrative services provided to a portfolio of clients
Ensuring clients’ statutory records and the data register is up to date
Reviewing the quality of client service provided
Developing an awareness of how to potentially generate new business opportunities
Supervising and assisting with the training of direct reports
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Hold a professional qualification ICSA/STEP/ACCA
Ability to work in a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
