Within this role you will support the client service teams with day to day administrative tasks, ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting banking instructions

  • Preparing client communication

  • Supporting team members with the management of client relationships and administrative tasks 

  • Accurately completing timesheets  

  • Preparing minutes  

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum  

  • Willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 

  • Self-driven and proactive
