As part of a proactive and agile workforce you will provide support and assistance to the real estate team to provide professional administration services to a varied portfolio of clients.

This is a great opportunity for a team spirited individual who is interested in working in financial services and real estate, in particular. Previous experience would be an advantage, however school leavers and graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day to day administration tasks associated with a portfolio of clients and assist with other team members as required

  • Developing strong working relationships with intermediaries and clients

  • Gaining an understanding of customer due diligence policies

  • Ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to A level or degree standard

  • Either currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification

  • A professional manner and good interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and methodical approach to tasks
