Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships
Preparing minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation
Attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines
Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs and approvals
Ensuring client records are maintained accurately
Accurately recording all time spent dealing with client matters and ensuring clients are correctly invoiced
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in corporate services administration
Exceptional academic track record and either studying towards or keen to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Self-motivated, organised and driven individual with a positive 'can do' attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with tasks independently with good attention to details and strong organisational skills.
