Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships

  • Preparing minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation

  • Attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines

  • Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs and approvals

  • Ensuring client records are maintained accurately

  • Accurately recording all time spent dealing with client matters and ensuring clients are correctly invoiced

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in corporate services administration

  • Exceptional academic track record and either studying towards or keen to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP

  • Self-motivated, organised and driven individual with a positive 'can do' attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently with good attention to details and strong organisational skills.
