An entrepreneurial and innovative financial services provider has a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their corporate team, offering a working environment which embraces and promotes technical excellence and responds to change, ensuring that the company and its employees grow with evolving trends and new developments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and monitoring a varied client portfolio within the timescales set and agreed, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary, ensuring timely and effective client care

  • Managing own billing and cash collection/debtors process, having an awareness of recoverability and working in an efficient manner so as to minimise write-offs

  • Reviewing client structures, completing review processes for client entities, remaining aware of risk exposure, including the fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures

  • Adhering to risk and associated compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation

  • Checking, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of the central diary systems to ensure that deadlines are recorded and subsequently met

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Excellent planning skills with a flexible approach to work

  • Ability to review and resolve issues

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification
