 | Tim joined Rowlands in September 2003, as Finance and Operations Manager. With this role, Tim assumes responsibility for the Rowlands remuneration survey, the outsourcing payroll systems as well as the financial and marketing aspects of the company.
Prior to joining the company, Tim worked for the Guiton Group in many varied roles, including Call Centre Advertising Manager, IT Manager and Deputy Production Manager. Tim has a degree in Business Studies (2:1).
Tim has three children, with Lily, the latest addition to his family, born in November 2009. His free leisure time (what free leisure time.???) is often taken up ferrying his elder children to various different locations around the Island pursuing their sports social and leisure activities. Tim has also spent three years renovating a house, and, whilst this project remains ongoing, the family finally moved in in November, 2009, making this an extremely busy month.
