Jeralie is the Managing Director of Rowlands and has been a part of the company since 1994. Jeralie is very much a ‘hands on’ Director and is involved in all aspects of the day to day recruitment at Rowlands, but in particular the Premier division, which specialises in board level appointments.
Born in New Zealand, Jeralie has worked in recruitment both in her home country and Australia, where she was involved in the initial launch of the UK company Select Appointments. She completed her recruitment exams in Sydney and was accepted as a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. This is an accreditation granted by the industry’s professional body in recognition of over 10 years experience in recruitment at a recommended standard.
Together with her ‘local’ husband, Jeralie arrived in Jersey intending to stay for two years – that was in 1990! They are now settled in St Ouen with their son, Zachary, their daughter Phoebe and a Burmese cat called Leon.
