Accreditation / Qualifications
Rowlands is a member of several professional and commercial organisations, helping to ensure that our organisation and team adhere to best practice. This has been endorsed through the accreditation of the Investors in People (IIP) standard and the first Channel Islands accreditation for the Recruitment and Selection model of IIP.
Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Corporate Member
The REC is the governing body for Recruitment Agencies and Consultants in the United Kingdom. They have strict guidelines about how members are required to act, and the codes of conduct form a standard to which all member agencies and individuals must adhere.

Investors in People
The Investors in People standard is for organisations who show a commitment to working in a recognised way. IIP offers a framework to show that a business works in a way that recognises people as their greatest asset. This is a philosophy that we in turn bring to our recruitment process, giving both recruiters and candidates the best service available.
Rowlands was the first company in the Channel Islands to be awarded the IIP Recruitment and Selection model. This framework recognises the importance that Recruitment and Selection plays in an organisation, and, significantly the benefits of getting it right first time. We participated in this award to make our business more effective and to further support our clients.
Jersey Chamber of Commerce
The Jersey Chamber of Commerce organises a number of events and is proactive in representing the views of the business community in Jersey. As a member, representatives from Rowlands regularly attend business lunches, presentations from States Members and other business leaders, helping to ensure that Rowlands is updated in matters affecting our clients.
