Rowlands Recruitment was formed in 1975 and has been active in the Jersey recruitment market since then.

Although Rowlands specialises in the finance sector, we have a highly regarded reputation across all business sectors. Our people make up a professional dedicated team, most of whom are qualified members of the industry's professional body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Professional qualifications through the REC provide the backbone of our ongoing training commitment for our team, and more can be learnt about them in their individual profiles.
